How to Log In to Patient Fusion

- Enter Your Log-in Credentials: If you’re a first-time user, you’ll need to set up your account using the access code provided by our office, or you can have a secure access code send directly to your phone number. Follow the on-screen instructions to create your account.
- Navigate Your Patient Dashboard: Once logged in, you can view your health records, upcoming appointments, and lab results.
