Primary care is often a person’s entry point into the health care system, giving patients access to a personal provider and health care team. At Geriatric and Family Medicine Associates, we are a privately owned primary care practice offering integrated care for every adult life stage. Whether you are 18 or 118, our goal is to provide a medical home where you feel comfortable, listened to, and understood. We take a whole-patient approach focusing on prevention and staying well while developing a sustained partnership with our patients. Still, we are 100% there for you when you have an acute sickness or illness, including coordinating the care you need with specialists. We have urgent, same-day appointments available for established patients. We also have a provider available on call 24 hours/7 days a week to care for your health needs when you need us the most.
Insurance Information
We accept all major insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, United Health Care, Humana, Cigna, Aetna, and Anthem. We accept some other smaller plans, too, so call us to see if we take yours!
Preventive care is a critical focus in a good primary care practice. As your primary care provider, we are on a mission to help you stay healthy with regular checkups and immunizations. Our goal is to help you stay well, but we are also there for you when you get sick. We have the tools to treat many long-term, chronic health problems like high blood pressure and diabetes. Primary care saves patients money and ensures they stay well in both sickness and health.

We are affiliated with PHPprime, Colorado Health Neighborhood (Centura), Intermountain Healthcare (formerly SCL Health), CCHA/Medicaid, Dispatch Health, Touchstone Imaging, and Wheat Ridge Chamber of Commerce. We have direct-admit inpatient privileges at Lutheran Medical Center.
